Election of Dalena White as DNFI Vice Chair – Discover Natural Fibres Initiative

Mr. Michael Carus (EIHA Boardmember, and CEO Nova-Institut) finished his two year term as DNFI Vice Chair at the beginning of 2019. The DNFI Chair Dr. Terry Townsend thanked him for his excellent work and support during the time.

At the annual meeting of the DNFI members in Frankfurt on 9th January 2019, Mrs. Dalena White (Secretary General of IWTO) volunteered to serve as next DNFI Vice Chair for a two year periode. The DNFI members also thanked the current Chair Dr. Terry Townsend for his leadership and passionat work for natural fibes. He is willing to serve for one more year.

Minutes of the steering committee meeting as well as current data about natural fibre production will be send to all DNFI members and natural fibres supporter shortly.
