Flax and Hemp COST action creation

Experts of Textile Flagship 1 of the European Technology Platform for the Future of Textiles and Clothing (ETP) took an initiative to create a COST Action network on Flax and Hemp circular and green economy, during a workshop in Poznan on 6th February 2018.

COST Action is the longest running European framework supporting transnational cooperation among researchers at any career stage, engineers and scholars across Europe.

The aim of the COST Action network is to develop new ideas of flax and hemp circular and green economy through collaborative efforts and construction of community around emerging science & technology topics.

The Institute of Natural Fibres and Medicinal Plants (INFMP) as proposer and long term member of DNFI.org invite all DNFI members and natural fibres supporters, working with flax and hemp, to join the network, which allows to cover expenses related to international cooperation.
