Turkey’s rich wool heritage beckons the International Wool Textile Organisation (IWTO) back to Istanbul for the 2024 Wool Round Table. Istanbul isn’t just a convenient location; it’s a symbolic one. TTEA’s past success in hosting the 1993 IWTO Congress, complete with a dazzling fashion show, is a testament to Turkey’s deep connection to wool. A return in 2024, nearly a decade after the last Round Table, would be a powerful reunion.
